Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME

Keystones Sophia Square is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. You’ll handle repairs, respond to tenant requests, maintain inventory, and support property inspections.

Key

Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems

Respond to tenant work orders and service requests

Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality

Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance needs

~2+ years of experience in property maintenance or real estate

~ Strong knowledge of building systems and tools

~ HVAC & EAP certifications preferred

~ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

~ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
