Our client is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst for a hybrid role based in Long Island. This position serves as the first point of contact for internal users and business leaders, supporting their use of enterprise applications and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure smooth operation and optimization of existing systems.
- Support and guide end users in effectively utilizing IT tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and business process owners to align local processes with broader IT initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for IT solution enhancements across multiple sites.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for support and project tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis or end-user support.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic database troubleshooting.Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to IT process improvement.Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.Compensation
Compensation : $100,000-110,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
