Van Beek Natural Science is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Services Officer to manage the company's banking relationships, oversee loan processes, and support financial operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transactions, credit management, and financial compliance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Banking & Financial Liaison

Serve as the primary point of contact between Van Beek Natural Science and financial institutions.

Negotiate banking services, interest rates, and financing terms to optimize the company’s financial position.

Monitor cash flow and work with banks to ensure liquidity and proper funding.

Loan Management & Credit Analysis

Oversee loan applications, renewals, and compliance with financial agreements.

Assess financing options and recommend strategies for debt management.

Work with internal teams to prepare necessary documentation for loan approvals.

Financial Strategy & Support

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

Risk Management & Compliance

Monitor credit risks, financial exposure, and banking policies to mitigate potential risks.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance.

Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit analysis, and financial regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
