Mammography Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Breast Center team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with physician orders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interventional procedures, including stereotactic biopsy, sonographic biopsy, and needle localization.

Position Summary :

Job Title : Mammography Technologist

Location : Washington, DC 20016

Duration : 13 Weeks’ Contract (Possible Extension)

Schedule : M-F

Shift : Days 8x5 (8 : 30 AM – 5 PM)

Pay Range : $2500-$2800 / Gross Weekly

Qualifications :

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with Mammography credential (RT(R)(M))
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience performing mammography procedures
• Proficient in operating all breast imaging equipment and interventional procedures
