Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Overview :

Seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our operations team. This role is ideal for a dependable professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to maintaining high-performance production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance across all bakery machinery, refrigeration units, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment in accordance with company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, including service calls, repairs, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures and production line interruptions to restore operations.
• Provide emergency support and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate across maintenance zones and assist with cross-functional tasks.
• Support the Chief Engineer with technical insights and operational updates.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
