Lead Back End / Full Stack Software Engineer

Your Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse technology projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet regulatory needs.

Share your enthusiasm for technology by staying updated on trends, experimenting with new tools, and mentoring the engineering community.

Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that impact customer experiences.

Utilize your skills in various programming languages, databases, container orchestration services, and AWS tools to create innovative applications.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.

At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

7+ years of experience in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.

2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.

4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.

1+ years of people management experience.

2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

Salary ranges vary by location as follows :

McLean, VA : $193,400 - $220,700

Plano, TX : $175,800 - $200,700

Richmond, VA : $175,800 - $200,700
