Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director of Operations (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current operational workflows and identify inefficiencies

Build, document, and implement SOPs across office and field operations

Create process maps and operational playbooks for core business functions

Required Qualifications

8+ years in construction, masonry, concrete, or home services operations

Experience at the Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or similar level

Strong background in operational process design and systems building

Proven experience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable infrastructure

Field-driven operations experience required
