Responsibilities

The Jefferson Spine Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. The APP will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, specializing in spine-related conditions. This position involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Assessment & Management

• Independently perform new patient evaluation for spine patients entering the Comprehensive Spine Center

Obtain pertinent history and physicals and documents in the medical record.
