Work Dates Needed : Immediate - Ongoing

Preferred Schedule : Monday - Friday 8a-5p, Rotating Saturday every 7 weeks 8a-12p

Worksite Setting : Inpatients.

Scope of Work : Patients / day 8 21, Ability to perform physical examination of patients, Perform complete examinations, assessments, and formulates treatment plans for patients including adults, adolescents, children, and infants.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active CA licenses, BC / BE in FM, DEA, BLS certificate.
