Summary
Join our team! The Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking a Project / Program Manager III to manage and grow FMD's employee training and development program and to support the agency's Equity, Racial and Social Justice (ERSJ) efforts. Given FMD's focus on equity across the division and FMD's majority front-line staff, including trades, custodians, utility workers, and security officers, it is crucial that FMD manages a thoughtful, equitable and comprehensive training and development program that effectively reaches and supports all levels of the staff, including supervisory staff. This position will work closely with agency leadership, the FMD ERSJ Change Team, and cross-functionally with members of FMD's various sections to develop, support, and implement county, department, and FMD ESJ strategies across the division, including the existing internship program.
