Summary

• Using standard Business Process Methodology, work with HR Subject Matter Experts to document current state processes throughout all of HR, with a focus on HR Operations

• Organize and dissect current SOPs and document resulting Level 4/5 processes

• Use IBM Blueworks Live to document processes

• Conduct gap analysis between current state HR processes and industry-leading practices
