Licensed Clinical Coordinator- Required to have PT / OT / SLP license active in Delaware Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient rehabilitation services for children, adults, and families. Licensed Clinical Coordinator Must Hold a License for any of the three : PT, OT, or SLP. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a licensed therapy professional with proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to advancing rehabilitation services. In addition to overseeing clinical operations, the Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in program development, budgeting, staff supervision, and strategic growth initiatives. Salary Position / Shift+ $1500 Sign-On Bonus : $70,000 - $80,000 Day Shift : Monday through Friday, typically 8am-4pm Qualifications : Must hold one of these licenses : OT / PT / SLP Licenses Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in rehabilitation / therapy services Broad clinical knowledge across disabilities and age groups Understanding of reimbursement processes (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care) Current Adult & Child CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to stay calm during emergencies and foster a collaborative team culture Experience with MIP Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Provide direction and mentorship to outpatient rehab therapy staff Manage caseload distribution for efficiency and quality outcomes Support staff development through training, coaching, and continuing education opportunities Clinical & Quality Oversight Coordinate therapy services for children and adults across diverse diagnoses Implement and monitor compliance with quality standards (CARF, Medicare, Medicaid) Review documentation for accuracy, measurable progress, and goal alignment Support utilization review and safety / infection control initiatives Program Development & Communication Develop objectives and strategies for work teams Assist in marketing, outreach, and new service initiatives Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and community partners Provide professional training and education to staff and external groups Budget & Contracts Manage budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial goals Complete accurate monthly / quarterly reports on time Negotiate contracts and assist with securing grants / funding to expand services What We Offer A welcoming environment filled with people who are driven by our mission.
