Roles and Responsibilities
The successful Customer Service Representative candidate is the first point of contact in the service process for our customers. Customer satisfaction starts with scheduling their vehicle for a repair in a timely courteous manner. Extraordinary customer service during their time from scheduling to service completion at Leachman is a key to success.
- Schedules appointments with a proper understanding of vehicle needs.
- Uses excellent phone skills communicating effectively timely and accurately to customers.
- Adheres to computer systems to maximize volume of sales and efficient scheduling.
- Demonstrates a warm welcome and departure to all customers.
- Provides excellent concierge support to all customer requests.
- Check in customers in a kind and efficient manner.
- Delivers kindness and empathy in communication to customers on vehicle updates.
- Support Body Shop manager administratively.
- Exhibits a professional brand image.
- Parks and relocates vehicles for service.
- Executes proper handling of all receipts checks and cash as needed.
- Keeps the service lounge area clean stocked and well maintained.
- Completes all required training as needed.
- Submits and follows through with insurance claims.
