Location : Greens at Viewmont, North Carolina

Sign-On Bonus :

  • Full-Time : $8,000

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.

    • Shift Options for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

  • Day or Night shifts available.
  • Full-Time or Part- Time all shifts (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.,  7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
  • Flexible 12-hour shifts for PRN status

    • Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

  • Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college / university.
  • A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
