We’re looking for a Systems Operator to help our team get the most out of our software applications. This person will learn our tools inside and out, create automation and SOP's, train coworkers, and continuously look for better, more efficient ways to use our technology. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, teaching others, and finding smarter ways to get work done.

• What you’ll do
• Learn and understand all major software systems used across the company.
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions for employees.
• Create clear, easy-to-follow SOP's and resources for software processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements or time saving efficiencies.
• Work closely with department heads to understand system needs and gaps.
• Test new software features and communicate updates or changes to the team.
• Act as the “go-to” person for system-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Basic qualifications
• Strong understanding of business software.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Enjoys problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Experience in training, process improvement, or IT support is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in
• software training, IT support, or process improvement
• Hands-on use of
• business software systems
• Proven ability to
• teach or train others
• — could be formal classroom-style, or just peer-to-peer support in a past job.
• Experience creating
• documentation, quick guides, or standard operating procedures
