Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys.
• Participate actively in case consultations and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans while maintaining the highest professional standards.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to deliver holistic mental health care.
