Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; master’s degree in psychiatric nursing or BSN degree Licensure : Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Skills / Experience : MSN – 18 months experience in psychiatric inpatient setting BSN – 3 years experience in a psychiatric setting.

For designated shift, facilitates optimal utilization of nursing staff. Provides administrative / clinical supervision and consultation; serves as resource in emergency situations; promotes problem-solving approach for the purpose of conflict resolution; collaborates with the Nursing Directors.

Functions in capacity of the Senior Vice President for Patient Care Services when the Senior VP is not on site.
