Epicor Developer

Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Epicor Developer to join their dynamic team and work directly with the ERP team and stakeholders to drive implementation initiatives.

Job Description :

As an Epicor Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the Epicor ERP platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and deliver tailored applications that optimize their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their manufacturing processes.
Develop and customize Epicor ERP solutions, including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Perform system integrations with other applications and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor software.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Stay updated on Epicor releases and best practices to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in project planning, estimating timeframes, and resource allocation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Epicor Developer, specifically within the manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of Epicor ERP modules and functionality.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and SQL.

Experience with report writing tools like Crystal Reports or Epicor’s Business Activity Query (BAQ).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Epicor ERP version 10 or higher.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

Certifications related to Epicor ERP or relevant technologies.
