The Global Digital Operations Architect for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for global architecture and strategy of digital operations ecosystem, technical solution design and leadership of digital operations projects in pursuit of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 principles.

This position is part of the Global Digital Operations Department located in Chaska MN and will be an onsite role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Architect global IIoT / OT connectivity solutions integrating GxP manufacturing equipment into validated, real-time digital ecosystems to drive productivity, compliance, and 21 CFR Part 11 / 820 traceability.
• Lead cross-functional global teams to deliver smart factory tools that achieve KPIs in OEE, quality, and real-time release (RTR).
• Design and implement enterprise IIoT architecture leveraging standardized protocols (OPC UA, MQTT / Sparkplug B), edge gateways, and cloud platforms for sustainable connectivity.
• Develop and deploy global standards for equipment onboarding, secure data pipelines, and digital device history records (DHR).
• Govern adoption of standards, processes, and technology aligned with medical device regulations (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485) and the enterprise smart factory roadmap

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $150K-$170K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
