Job Description

Location : Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas

Employment Type : Independent Contractor / Per Visit

Compensation :

• In-Person Visits : $250 per visit (includes 30 min visit + 30 min documentation)
• Telehealth Visits : $140 (includes 30 min virtual visit + 30 min documentation)
• In-Person IDG Meetings : $125 / hour
• Virtual (FaceTime) IDG Meetings : $90 / hour
• Mileage : Reimbursed beyond 20 miles from provider’s home base

Location : San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, Palmdale, Lancaster and surrounding areas

We are currently seeking a Hospice and Palliative Home Visiting Physician to join our team and provide medical oversight and direct care for patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Compassionate and experienced Palliative / Hospice Visiting Physician to provide in-home and telehealth medical care to patients with serious or terminal illnesses. This is a flexible, non-salaried, pay-per-visit position ideal for physicians who value autonomy and patient-centered care.
