The Foot Care Center is joining Balance Health , the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice. We are seeking to hire a Podiatrist for our Billings, Montana practice. Under the direction of the CMO, the Podiatrist provides routine and referral podiatric services to patients.

Requirements :

Essential Functions :

• Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases
• Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles
• Perform procedures as necessary along with wound care management
• Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results
• Prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery
• Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems
• Provide education / consultation to patients, family, and health care team
• Provide health promotion and preventive medicine
• Appropriately maintains medical records on assigned patients
