Call Shift Schedule : Mon-Fri; 7a-3p Call Schedule : Nightly & Weekends - 1-2 night calls; 3p-7a - 1 weekend / month; Fri (3p) - Mon (7a) Call Type : Beeper Call Ratio : 1 : 5 Call Response Time : 30 mins Callback % : 20 Patient Volume : TBD - Depends on surgery schedule Required to Supervise APPs : Yes % of Practice : 60% Adults, 40% Pediatric Case Mix : - Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular - Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric - Regional, Thoracic Procedures : - General Anesthesia : Adult, Pediatric - Spinal, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery - Epidural Steroid for Lumbar & Cervical - Transforaminal : Lumbar & Cervical - Use of X-ray guidance in performance of blocks - Ventilation Mgt - Eval and Mgt of acute volume / BP issues - Central line, Arterial line & PA Catheter placement Trauma Level : I & II No. of OR : 35 EMR : Cerner Other Info : - Must be able to complete solo NICU case (call requirement) - Need to be able to medically direct and personally perform cases.
