The Director, Opportunity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OIB) will serve as a senior leader and strategic partner in shaping a workplace culture where inclusion and belonging are foundational to the Goodwin experience. Reporting to the Managing Director, Culture & Impact, this role will lead the firm's OIB strategy ensuring that all employees, across roles and geographies, have equal access to opportunity and feel a deep sense of connection and value within the firm.
As a key member of the Culture & Impact leadership team, the Director will drive programming and initiatives that embed inclusion across every stage of the employee lifecycle, while contributing meaningfully across three additional areas : Culture & Engagement, Experience & Onboarding, and Purpose & Impact. This role will collaborate closely with People / Talent, Communications, and senior leadership to build programs and experiences that reflect the voices of Goodwin's people and foster a culture where everyone can thrive.

This position is eligible for overtime : No. The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience : $220,000.00 - $280,000.00.
