Senior Manager, Credit Strategy

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Credit Strategy (Partnerships).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize origination underwriting to ensure portfolio performance aligns with risk appetite

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop credit strategies that enhance profitability and strengthen portfolio performance

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining quality control of risk processes

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of related experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience

3+ years of experience managing and developing employees

4+ years of auto lending experience, including credit analysis and data visualization tools

Exceptional hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel

Strong understanding of consumer credit and lending practices
