What Youll Do

Youll lead on-site construction operations managing subcontractors, schedules, and materials to deliver homes that reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in coordinating every stage of the building process, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and up to our standards.

Responsibilities include :

• Oversee all phases of residential construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety, code, and quality standards
• Conduct daily site walks and manage progress updates
• Identify and resolve conflicts in scheduling or workmanship
• Maintain communication with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams
