In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of patient care and support, helping individuals access the medical equipment they need to live safely and independently. You’ll work directly with patients, healthcare providers, and our internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly—from verifying insurance to assembling life-enhancing equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Connect with Patients & Providers : Be the friendly face and helpful voice assisting patients and coordinating with physicians to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Ensure Billing Readiness : Review prescriptions and chart notes to confirm everything is in place for successful billing. Follow up with providers when needed to keep things moving.
• Empower Patients : Provide guidance and instruction on using medical equipment like walkers, bath safety items, and mobility aids—helping patients feel confident and supported.
• Hands-On Equipment Work : Unpack shipments (some on pallets), assemble equipment, and ensure everything is ready for patient use. Must be comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Keep Things Organized : Enter patient demographics and sales orders into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
