Hematology Oncology Physician - Michigan City, Indiana 60m from Chicago Position Details

  • Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician
  • Join a multidisciplinary, full-service cancer center in Michigan City, Indiana
  • Support from an experienced local oncology team with the opportunity for leadership and service line growth in the Michigan City region

    • Requirements

  • Monday - Friday clinic schedule (8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.)
  • 36 hours of weekly patient contact with possibility of 4.5-day work week
  • Outpatient volume : patients per day
  • Call : 1 : 3 weekdays, weekends, and holidays (includes weekday time off after weekend call)
  • Manage a range of solid tumor and hematologic conditions including :
  • Breast, lung, colon, rectal, and prostate cancers - Benign hematology conditions Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
