Patient Access Representative Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
• 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• A valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.

Work week schedule : Tuesday-Friday, 8 am - 4 : 30 pm @ Main Campus : 1791 Alum Creek Drive  Saturday, 8 am - 4 : 30 pm @ MASC 1430 South High Street
