ulh3Minimum Qualifications / h3ulliBachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. / lili5+ years experience in the construction industry / liliBasic knowledge of personal computer and e-mail applications. / liliProven ability to accurately schedule construction activities or projects. / liliDemonstrated success in effectively managing safety on projects. / liliLanguage Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients, trade partners, or associates. / liliMathematical Skills : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
