Monitor facility entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter
Conduct regular safety rounds inside and outside the building
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
Assist residents, visitors, and staff with directions and support
Complete safety logs and incident reports
Promote a secure, respectful, and professional atmosphere
Prior security or safety experience preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Reliability and a commitment to resident safety
Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed
