Real Estate Attorney

I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Los Angeles for a firm that specializes in real estate matters. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and purchase and sales. Background in commercial and real estate transactions and development strongly desired.

Qualifications:

• Commercial property representation for variety of uses
• Acquisition, disposition, financing
• Environmental regulations, zoning, permitting requirements
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
• Admitted in CA
