Rockford area- Admin/Weekly Check in Calls - Hospice

This opportunity is a weekly need on Thursday Mornings. About an hour of your time. You will be given a list of patients to call and see if they have needs/questions before the weekend comes. Any needs are communicated to the Volunteer Coordinator who shares them with assigned staff.

• Calls must be made Thursday Morning. We have other from home calls you can make if you need more flexibility.
