Job Responsibility :

Piper Companies is seeking a UX Designer to join a leading credit union based in Mclean, VA . The Lead UX Designer will create intuitive, user-centered designs that provide exceptional user experiences. This position will be onsite in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Lead UX Designer include :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, leveraging industry best practices and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and intuitive designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and style guides.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of user interface designs

Qualifications for the Lead UX Designer include :

Must have experience in Banking / Financial Services

Experience leading a UX team

Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Creative Suite.

Familiarity with MSFT 360 for document management and day-to-day project management.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Compensation for the Lead UX Designer include :

Salary Range : $130,000 - $140,000

$60 / hr-$70 / hr

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
