A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues when necessary

Complete daily work assignments accurately and in accordance with productivity and quality standards

Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting

Experience with MS Office

Experience in insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits

Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
