A few details about the role :

• Provide direct patient care by following care plan directives and assisting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring residents.
• Assess residents' needs and safety by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nursing team members to accurately record vital signs and maintain records of activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Implement standard precautions and infection control measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess and verify that residents' needs are being met.
