Position Title :

Working closely with your fellow Associate Chiropractors, your Clinic Director(s) and Regional Manager, you will benefit from the collaboration and sharing of best practices. 3) Key Job Responsibilities a) Operations :

Maintain frequent communication with your Clinic Director(s) to report patient experience issues and clinic operational issues; seek guidance, and collaborate on clinic related problem solving including, but not limited to :

Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to actively engage in community and charity events local to your assigned clinic(s) to enhance The Joint Chiropractic brand awareness and philosophy. c) Culture, Leadership and Team Building :

Collaborate with your Clinic Director(s) to recognize and broadcast clinic team accomplishments and build morale. d) Governance and Compliance :

Demonstrate and adhere to all franchise procedures and regulations, upholding The Joint Chiropractic and PJI Standards of Operation. 4) Key Competencies :
