Assignment Overview

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for patients in an outpatient or inpatient setting

Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

Document patient progress accurately in the EMR

Requirements

Current Arizona OT license or must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval

Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience

Must be willing to travel to assigned facilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal orientation
