The Lutheran Home is seeking a full-time, hospitality minded Dining Services Server to join our healthcare community kitchen. This detail-oriented role involves serving breakfast and lunch with care, ensuring proper portioning for regular and modified diets, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining, serving, and prep area. The ideal candidate adapts well to change and provides personalized service to residents with unique needs. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Serve food attractively while ensuring proper temperatures and sanitation standards, recording all food temps.
• Safely operate and maintain food service equipment.
• Perform daily cleaning and follow sanitary guidelines.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies.
• Support kitchen operations by promptly delivering items, running supplies, and filling in for other roles as needed.
• Interact warmly with residents and families to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Properly rotate, label, and date food products.
• Enforce infection control, safety, and disaster policies.
• Foster teamwork between departments for efficient, coordinated food delivery and service.

In this Full-Time position, you’ll work primarily from 5 : 00 am – 1 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, taking part in our many benefits including :
