DTA Manager Residential Care | Phoenix Area

VEMA is now hiring a dedicated and compassionate DTA Manager to lead our team of Day Treatment for Adults (DTAs) in our residential care facilities. Were looking for a strong leader who values team collaboration, member dignity, and high-quality care for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities of a DTA Manager :
Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling within the residential programSupervise, train, and support Day Treatment for Adults(DTAs)Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policiesConduct regular home inspections and quality checks for safety and cleanlinessParticipate in care planning, documentation, and implementation of individual service plans (ISPs)Support and engage with members in daily activities, outings, and appointmentsCommunicate effectively with families, guardians, and agency stakeholdersManage incident reports, medication administration tracking, and staff performanceQualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's in Human Services or related field preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of 12 years experience in a supervisory or lead DTA role (or equivalent in developmental disability care)Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilitiesValid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)Certifications in CPR / First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention & Support (or ability to obtain training provided)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportationPreferred Skills :
Experience with total care individualsStrong crisis management and problem-solving abilityProficient in electronic documentation and report writingBilingual a plus (not required)Lead with purpose. Support with heart. Grow with VEMA.
