Position Summary

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer , you will play a critical role in shaping the engineering foundation of our design-build projects. You will work alongside senior engineers, project managers, construction teams, and BIM specialists to design innovative, cost-effective, and constructible MEP systems. Your work will influence how systems are integrated from concept through construction and into long-term building performance.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design Development

• Lead in the design and layout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP / FP) systems for complex commercial and institutional buildings.
• Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection using tools such as Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, Revit, and Excel-based models.
• Create and develop construction documents, drawings, schematics, riser diagrams, and specifications in collaboration with the BIM / VDC team.
