Amergis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a reputable outpatient clinic in Upland, CA. This is a locums-to-direct hire opportunity ideal for a compassionate provider with a strong background in nephrology and geriatric care.

Position Details

• Specialty: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months with direct hire potential
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 7 10 patients per day
• EMR System: Athena

️ Qualifications

• Licensure: Active California NP license
• Certifications Required:
  • Board Certified (BC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • DEA License
  • CAQH Profile
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 2 years as an NP
  • Must have experience with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), dialysis, and kidney disease patients
  • Geriatric care experience preferred

Note: ESRD experience must be clearly highlighted on your CV.

Team & Support

• Collaborative team including a Physician, Medical Assistant, and Administrative staff
• Orientation: 2 3 days
• Onboarding: 2 3 weeks
