About The Position

Job Title : Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (07 : 00 - 15 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year required

License : Valid State License required

Certifications : BLS, ARDMS or CCI RCS

Must-Have :

• Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings
• Familiarity with various echocardiography techniques

Description :

Under minimal supervision, operates cardiac ultrasound equipment to produce optimal echocardiographic images for diagnostic evaluation.

Evaluates chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function for patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Available for weekends and holidays, working rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Saturday, as required.

Candidates may float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed.

Must be able to commit to on-call shifts one night per week and weekends.

References must be submitted covering the last year of experience.

All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state.

Non-compliance may result in termination of assignment.
