This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.

Compensation :

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with peers and team members to share strategies and opportunities.

Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals.

Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings.

• Stay organized with documentation, follow-ups, and compliance in transactions.

Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.

Qualifications :

Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and lead management tools.

High drive for growth : self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.

Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.
