As part of a 37-member Construction Management team, you will travel across the country to manage various construction projects. Our company values long-term client relationships, handling projects worth $60-65 million annually. Responsibilities :

• Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.
• Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.
• Communicate daily status of current projects to the Project Manager to ensure timeliness and adherence to company standards.
• Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
• Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.
• Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.
