What You'll Do :

• Develop & Own Pricing Strategy Design and implement scalable pricing and packaging structures that align with our product complexity, market positioning, and business goals.
• Build Pricing Foundations Establish core frameworks for pricing, including competitive benchmarking, segmentation, and discounting structures.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and GTM teams to ensure our pricing strategy supports growth, customer adoption, and long-term profitability.
• Experiment & Optimize Launch and analyze pricing experiments (A / B testing, bundling, usage-based models, etc.) to continuously refine our approach.
• Support Sales & Customer Success Equip teams with pricing guidance, enablement materials, and tools to drive deal velocity and upsell opportunities.
• Analyze Market & Competitive Trends Monitor industry pricing shifts, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Define Pricing Operations & Infrastructure Implement pricing tools, processes, and governance to support scalability and operational efficiency.
