Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional skilled in supporting the educational needs of students who are Deaf or hard of hearing. This position is situated in a weling early childhood school environment in Americus, GA, for the uping school year.

Qualifications :

• Certification or endorsement in teaching students who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
• Degree in Deaf Education or a related field.
• Experience working with early childhood age groups.
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and / or other munication methods.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
