Business Associates For Integrated Research And Development For Enterprise Solutions (Ires)
Cimarron is seeking Business Associates to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in the Huntsville, AL area or at Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
Key Duties :
- Identify, develop, test, and streamline business systems and process tools to improve efficiency across enterprise functions.
- Integrate and coordinate business activities to support the requirements of IRES task orders.
- Analyze business data and present findings to IRES leadership.
- Prepare business reporting metrics, forecasting, and assist with business planning cycles for IRES and corporate needs.
- Assist the Business Planning & Strategy Manager with developing enterprise management objectives, milestones, and strategic initiatives.
- Support both EIT and MIT teams in aligning business strategies with technical execution.
- Provide integrated support across enterprise management functions and processes.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure participation and alignment with business milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate, integrate, and deliver innovations across task order mission areas to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness.
- Identify and support opportunities for growth in revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
- Enhance customer visibility and engagement.
- Interface with executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers to support business priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights, data, and feedback to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Support on-contract growth and new business pursuits in collaboration with corporate resources.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives that drive business growth.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to and drive change.Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting.Advanced financial management experience, including FP&A, Earned Value Management (EVM), Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, Risk & Opportunity (R&O), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, DCMA compliance, and contract close-out.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with emphasis on financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate workflows, create custom macros, and build user-defined functions to streamline data analysis and reporting.Experience with Deltek Cobra, Deltek Costpoint, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Microsoft Project, and Empower.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to peers, executive leadership, and customers.Experience in the development, review, and delivery of Government proposals.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handle complex issues, and meet deadlines.Business Profile :
