Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, focusing on mid-market accounts.
- Handle renewals and new business marketing.
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and endorsements.
- Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with EPIC software preferred.Strong knowledge of living facilities, non-profits, and daycare accounts.Proven ability to manage mid-market accounts effectively.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and perform under high-stress situations.Compensation and Benefits
