• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capability to work in a stressful environment

Description :

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Implements and monitors patient care plans.

Records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Serves as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care.

Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.

Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Candidate would work in both emergency and medical / surgical areas.
