Responsibilities

• Film property tours, agent interviews, neighborhood highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and real estate lifestyle content.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality footage.
• Edit videos for YouTube and social media, including color grading, audio mixing, and adding graphics / branding.
• Create engaging and optimized content for YouTube, including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Research ideas on new neighborhoods to explore or unique real estate realated content ideas
• Stay current on YouTube and real estate content trends to keep our channel fresh and engaging.
• Organize and manage video files for streamlined editing and publishing.
